A Sweet Charity

We're happy to announce that LWMS is now a Registered Charity (number 1200030). Being a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) will help to make our future more secure, as we begin our second century of bringing musical theatre to the people of South Warwickshire.

As a CIO, we are ruled by our new Constitution and bye-laws, as agreed at the 2022 AGM, upheld by three Charity Trustees – Nick Kaijaks, Sarah Phipps, and Sam Henshaw. The day-to-day management of the Society remains in the care of the management committee, as elected by the membership at the AGM.
